Susan Evoy

Susan Evoy (Woodwinds) is a performer and composer/arranger based out of St. John’s, NL. Upon completing her Bachelor of Music at Memorial University, she moved to Toronto where she earned a Diploma in Jazz and Commercial Studies from Humber College. Susan returned to Newfoundland and performed with a number of acts including Funky Dory, The Mark Belbin Quintet, and Idlers. She has toured Canada, played in the U.K. and has recorded in New York with Idlers. Current projects include Ouroboros, 709, as well as collaborations with artists such as Mark Bragg, Chris Kirby, Kelly-Ann Evans and Chris LeDrew. Additionally, Susan writes and and performs with a variety of contracted projects in musical theatre, tribute show productions, and Wonderbolt Circus. Her diverse ensemble work has earned her both MusicNL and ECMA awards.
