Adrien Doucet

Adrien Doucet (Nicki) is an educator, musician, and performer from St. John’s. While working full-time in the school system as a music specialist, Adrien is also currently completing a Master of Education program at MUN focusing in Music Education. He previously completed both a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Music Education at MUN and has been performing with various groups in St. John’s including QVE, Newman Sound, Jazz East, and the newly formed Projēkt Chamber Voices. Adrien has been working with Tada! in many roles over the past 15 years, from initially providing backup vocals in the quasi-annual Our Divas Do Christmas to directing and conducting the children’s and youth chorus in the past few productions. Adrien has worked with Best Kind productions in 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Avenue Q, and Urine Town. He has appeared in Tada!’s Chicago, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar and now thrilled to be working with Terri, Pam, and the whole Tada! team in La Cage aux Folles…he’s stretching his wings in La Cage!
